For existing customers, we now offer a convenient way for you to:

  • Pay your bill online

  • Change your credit card for payment

  • Change your delivery order

  • Skip delivery

  • View delivery date

  • Request new equipment

  • Request equipment exchange

  • Edit account information

In order to provide the exceptional service you expect, our delivery system is set up to serve specific geographic areas on certain days. You can update your order online in My Account and edit or adjust your order on a one-time or recurring basis anytime until the cutoff time of 24 hours the day before your delivery. You may also call or text the office at 828.254.9848 or email us at to alter your delivery.

Off Route Delivery Requests may require an off route delivery fee based on mileage.

Standing Orders that are Refused upon Delivery: If you have a change in your usage and do not need your scheduled delivery, please contact us to adjust or skip your scheduled delivery as needed.

You may adjust by going online in My Account, call / text 828.254.9848, or email us 24 hours in advance of your delivery day. 

If we arrive at your location with your standing order, and you refuse delivery, we will either deliver and skip the next delivery or we will not leave any product but will have to add a service fee of $5.00 to your account.
