5-gallon water products are subject to a deposit charge of $7.00 per plastic bottle and $40.00 per glass bottle which is refundable if you ever decide to cancel service with us.
If you do not add the bottles needed for the deposit, we will reach out by phone prior to delivery and add them to your bill.
Altamont is a clean and healthy spring water. Our 5 gallon spring water is free of chlorine and calories. It’s delivered fresh each day from our protected, free-flowing, artesian spring in the Nantahala National Forest. Then bottled in our Asheville facility.
5-gallon water bottles are dispensed through water coolers for both homes and offices.

Our protected source is monitored regularly to ensure the best quality product for our customers. As deemed by the EPA, a water source is considered “spring” when it originates from an underground aquifer. Altamont Natural Spring Water flows to the surface naturally making it an artesian spring.
